Granado Espada Online: The New Chapter Unfolds

For those of you who are returning players, potential new players, or passersby to this blog, Granado Espada Online is a fantasy free to play MMORPG from Korea that was originally hosted by GamersFirst as Sword2 for North America and Europe.  It will now be hosted by T3Fun and will be coming live on January 9th, 2013 8:00PM Eastern Time (New York, USA).

I have played this game for over two years (the game has been around since 2007).  What drew my interest to the game is the ability to control three characters, each with different skill sets (for example, sword, pistol, and magic users).  The art and design of the environment, the monsters, the characters (not to mention their costumes!), and weapons are visually stunning.  The story of this world is still unfolding!

There is something for everyone.  There are daily missions you can do.  Zone bosses to hunt.  Raids that you can attend with squads and/or clans.  Player versus player battles to test your abilities and weaponry.

There are currently over 60 different characters, as well as seven promotional characters.  Players who are transferring from Sword2 are highly anticipating the addition of new characters, as well as the new content of map zones, missions, and raids.
