I got my Cadet Adriana yesterday, but didn't create her because I didn't have a name for her.  Normally I pick out names well in advance, but I hadn't banked on actually getting her since she was Cash Shop and I do not participate in spending money on the game.

I forgot to mention that I got my Bristia Glove for Selva two days ago.  Fifteen days of giving Ork stuff he wants!  Here were mine, they appear to be random, but the amounts stayed the same.
